Tientsin: 1900 (24 Jan.) long envelope to India bearing I.C.P. 2. and 10c. tied by good strikes of the Tientsin bilingual c.d.s. and used with Hong Kong Q.V. 5c. blue (2) tied by the Tientsin type 1 tie print and Shanghai (10.2) c.d.s.; the reverse with Tuticorin and Calcutta c.d.s.; vertical folding creases. An interesting cover paying the additional 2c. which seems to be for the reduced winter overland post
