1922年北平寄英國印刷品實寄封1件，寄信人先貼北京二版帆船1分橫雙聯投寄，銷北平11月13日戳，因此時國際印刷品郵資已於11月1日調整為3分，郵件被郵局退回寄信人，次日由幾次女人重新貼北京二版帆船3分1枚重新投寄，銷北平11月14日戳，保存完好，此封反應1922年11月短期國際郵資段郵資調整情況，非常難得
