1912年天津寄奧地利掛號封1件，貼光復2分3分5分，及共和2分3分5分各一枚，合資20分，銷天津12月18日小圓戳，另蓋天津英文掛號戳，經天津法國客郵局中轉有同日戳，郵戳清晰，保存完好，光復共和紀念郵票發行於12年12月15日，因此發行當年使用者極為罕見，此封使用距發行首日僅3天，可能是目前存世之最早使用例
