1911年湖北蘄州寄義大利實寄封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍10分1枚，銷蘄州辛亥九月十三英漢腰框戳，經上海中轉，有上海辛亥九月二十英漢腰框戳，上海11月10日小圓戳，寄義大利11月29日到達戳，郵戳清晰，保存完好，“蘄州光復”時間為1911年11月13日，此封寄出於起義前夕，具歷史意義
