Mail Matter' oval handstamp in blue, matching ' I.G. of Customs/Peking' origin and ' Shanghai Customs ' c.d.s. on reverse, on front bearing with France ' Chine ' 25c. applied over the handstamp and cancelled by ' Shanghai/Chine'(6.9) c.d.s., very fine.


1895年北京寄法國巴黎實寄封1件，蓋藍色橢圓形北京海關公文戳，另銷北京8月29日海關日戳，經上海中轉，有上海9月3日海關中轉戳，另貼法國客郵25分1枚，銷上海法國客郵局6日戳，郵件到達法國後經多次國內改寄，有法國境內多枚中轉戳，及10月24日到達戳，郵路清晰，保存完好，少見
