1903 (7 July) a registered red band cover to Germany bearing Dowager 24c. and I.C.P. 50c. tied by framed Ningshanwei cancellation, framed "R" alongside, combination with German P.O. overprinted 5f., 10f. and 25f. tied by Tsintau / Kiautschou c.d.s., also Kiautschou registered label alongside, on reverse with unclear arrival c.d.s.


1903年靈山衛寄德國掛號紅條封1件，貼慈壽24分1枚，石印版蟠龍50分1枚，德國在華客郵橫加蓋CHINA5芬尼10芬尼25芬尼各一枚，中國郵票銷靈山衛碑型戳，另蓋掛號長框戳，經青島中轉時德國客郵票銷青島7月7日德國客郵日戳，有德國22日到達戳，郵戳清晰，保存完好
