The Chartered Bank of India, Australia and China, $10, 1.8.1929, serial number N/B 717219, violet and black, bank coat of arms at centre, sailing sampans at both left and right, 'TEN' in red letters lower centre, reverse violet, bank building at centre, (Pick 50), PMG 30 Very Fine (Erasure). A very lovely natural looking note that has become very difficult to find in these grades. Although 90 notes have been graded by PMG, 30 is the second highest grade with only 3 notes higher at 35. Lovely
