1910 (12 Feb.) a red band cover to Kingyang bearing 2c. tied by Lanchow lunar c.d.s., on reverse with framed ' Lanchow No.8 ' letter box handstamp in red and Sianfu (21 2) transit lunar c.d.s., on front with manuscript ' Postal Fully Paid ', for ' Min Chu ' to delivery this letter from Sian to Kingyang (Post Office established in 26th Jul. 1909), this is good example of Imperial Post Offer cooperated with Min Chu.
