V. 2c. and 7c. tied by Shanghae (7.1.) c.d.s., showing handstruck ' T ' in red and ' T ' in circle handstamp, crayon marking in blue " Fr: 1 ½c. " and manuscript ' 15 ' in blue crayon for postage due, fine usage.
