1887 envelope to Lyon, France (9.5) with postal instruction " Via America" bearing Japan 5s. cancelled on arrival by cork, showing on adjacent bilingual "Ship" triangular h.s., with transit daters of "Nagasaki" (27.3) , "Yokohama"(6.4), "New York" (28.4) and "Paris" (8.5), and arrival c.d.s. on reverse, showing unframed "T" h.s. on front matching with France Chiffre taxe 10c. and 15c. both cancelled by "Lyon" c.d.s. on arrival.
