The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, $10, uniface colour trial of the obverse, Shanghai, appears to be type of 1923 but with the date partially printed '190_', purple on multicolour, bank coat of arms at upper centre, '10' at each corner,
(Pick S358ct?), PMG 50NET About Uncirculated (Previosuly Mounted). A strange note as it almost looks to match the type of 1923 except for the partially printed date '190_' which obviously suggest an much earlier type. However, the images in Pick for notes issues in the 1900's do not match the design on this note. Likely to be extremely rare, an enigma. (1 obverse side only)
