1779 entire letter to Bradshaw in Canton acknowledging receipt of his letter of 1778 (22 Nov.) which was sent on the 'Lord Holland', with detailed ink delivery characters on the flap which opens well for display. There is a heavy horizontal filing fold and a self-adhesive tape repair where the cover was sealed. One of the earliest recorded letters to Canton. Photo
