Large Singapore to Hong Kong, Type 4a: 1901 (6 Feb.) India ½a. stationery card to Shanghai, uprated ½a. and cancelled by neat Calcutta c.d.s., underpaid and with a superb strike of "T" in circle, manuscript "15 cents" in red ink, "12" in blue crayon and Shanghai B.P.O. arrival (6.3), the reverse with Colombo transit (14.2) and a fair to good strike of the rare "singapore to hong kong" code "A" c.d.s. (24.2) in bluish ink. Clean and fine; a delightful example of this rate marking. Webb RRR. Photo
