China Clipper envelope to Tokyo bearing U.S. 50c. airmail franking tied by Rochester,, New York postmarks, with Par Avion etiquette, Hong Kong censor seal and circular “air transit/4” in turquoise (on the reverse); there appears to have been some water damage and another adhesive has become detached, a boxed cachet of Stamp Missing in purple was applied in Tokyo.
