1930 (Mar.) The Japan Advertiser envelope to New York by the “S.S. Empress of Asia” bearing 28c. franking and U.S.A. Airmail 5c. (2) all cancelled by Seattle duplex (23.3) and a good strike of “Seattle/paquebot/Wash.” handstamp (Hosking 1006); a few small edge faults but an interesting cover paying quadruple postage with the air mail pre paid and carried from Osaka to Seattle.
