1942 (5 Oct.) large air mail registered cover from Canton to Shanghai , bearing Dr.Sun franking 58c. and two air mail stamp overprinted "The domestic airmail fee has been paid 20c." tied by Canton c.d.s., but failed to be delivered by air due to war, so that this cover to Shanghai by surface route. On the reverse with wax seal in red and Shanghai arrival c.d.s. (20.10).
