1931 (21 Nov.) to Tihwa double registered open-out cover, on the reverse, bearing Junk 1c. (1), 4c. (1) and 5c. (13, one missing)), tied by Peiping c.d.s., Tihwa arrival c.d.s. (16.12) alongside. Registered label and boxed registered "AR" handstamp on address side. It is very rare for inland provinces to Sinkiang through Siberia International route and paid international postage during the Republic Period.
