1904 1c. ochre in the original Chinese Imperial Post distribution envelope “1,000 Postage-due Stamps, 1 Cent”. The envelope contains twelve blocks, each being four panes with margin at top and manuscript sheet number in the top right corner “26“ to “37“ and one block of two panes. The stamps are from plate II, panes J, K, L and M. Each sheet is with its original backing paper which has adhered in a few places (at the bottom of some panes) causing some dried gum, otherwise extremely fresh unmounted mint.
