The HongKong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, $500, 31.3.1975, solid serial number Q666666, brown and multicoloured, vignette at centre, coat of arms at right, 'Five Hundred' in Chinese characters, watermark of a lion, reverse brown, lion facing the HSBC building,
(Pick 186b), PMG 67EPQ Superb Gem Uncirculated. A superb solid number on the KEY note of this series. The serial number range is Q500001 to R800000 totalling 1.3million notes only and producing only 14 traditional 'lucky' serial numbers. An added bonus is that the 'Q' prefix is somewhat similar to a '6' giving an initial impression on seven 6's.
