1967 (24 July) registered air mail cover from Bremen to Nanking, with "20th Anniversary of German Forced Migration" and 3 other stamps tied by Bermen c.d.s.
Because the "20th anniversary of forced migration of Germans" involves political reasons, it was resisted by the socialist countries. The mails sent to China by this stamp are regarded as reactionary stamps and will not be sent and returned.


1967年德國不萊梅寄中國南京航空掛號封1件，貼“德國人被迫遷移20周年”及其它郵票共3枚，銷不萊梅7月24日戳，因“德國人被迫遷移20周年”郵票涉及政治原因，故而背社會主義國家所地址，貼此票寄中國之郵件均視為反動郵票不予寄遞並退回，因此此封蓋退回戳退回寄信人，附有原始退件原因原始檔，早期常見貼此票寄中國之郵件會在北京國際局蓋有“反動郵票不予寄遞”副戳，而進入文革時期貼此票郵件按當時郵政規定則根本不許進入中國境內，因此凡貼此票之郵件在德國便會被退回寄信人，並出具退件說明書，實際未蓋反動郵票副戳郵件相對蓋有副戳之郵件反而更少見，為不同時期對待此種郵件的不同對待方法，難得文革郵政史素材
