1948年桂林天主教堂經上海寄美國實寄封1件，信封貼中信版孫像30分粗齒加蓋長框改作3萬元橫五連，封左下角空白處銷桂林11月3日國內資費已付戳寄上海，而後由上海使用12月1日戳蓋銷郵票寄往美國，內附原始美術賀卡1張，保存完好，此種實寄國外形式非常少見
