1941年上海寄朝鮮保險信函專用封1件，貼港版孫像8分30分，紐約版孫像1分各一枚，銷上海9月6日戳，郵件到達朝鮮後因地址有誤，經釜山平壤等多地試投並做退回處理，有朝鮮各地改退戳多枚，有上海9渝蓉23日最終到達戳，郵路複雜，保存完好，抗戰時期中國寄朝鮮保險信函少見
