1941 (24 May) to USA registered air mail cover , bearing Dr.Sun $5 tied by Changteh c.d.s., Kweilin transit c.d.s. (30.5) alongside, on the reverse with Honolulu transit c.d.s. (11.6), San Francisco transit c.d.s. (13.6), and Wooster arrival c.d.s. (16.6) alongside.


1941年湖南常德寄美國航空掛號封1件，貼香港大東版孫像5元1枚，銷常德5月24日戳，另貼掛號條1枚，經桂林，夏威夷，三藩市等地中轉，有多地中轉戳，及6月16日到達戳，保存完好，寄信人為常德廣德醫院（今常德第一醫院）第三任院長巴天明先生，收信人是其女兒巴玉華，為美國東洛杉磯學院歷史學教授，著名湖南抗戰歷史專家，曾著有多部相關湖南抗戰史書籍
