1941年湖南湘潭寄美國航空封1件，貼倫敦一版孫像20分2枚，港版孫像1元1枚，銷湖南湘潭11月17日戳，經香港中轉，蓋香港21日中轉戳，另蓋香港檢查戳，保存完好，寄信人為常德廣德醫院（今常德第一醫院）第三任院長巴天明先生，收信人是其女兒巴玉華，為美國東洛杉磯學院歷史學教授，著名湖南抗戰歷史專家，曾著有多部相關湖南抗戰史書籍
