Post office does not recognize Japanese postal jurisdiction in the Northeast region, nor the use of Japanese stamps, then treat this as postage due cover, showing unframed T handstamp, bearing First Peking Print Postage Due 5c tied by Shanghai (4.12) c.d.s.


1932年奉天寄上海實寄封1件，貼日本郵票1錢3錢各一枚，銷奉天11月30日日本客郵局英文戳，因此時民國郵政並不承認日本在東北地區郵政管轄，也不承認日本郵票再東北地區使用，因此到上海後作欠資處理，蓋T戳，並貼北京一版欠資5分1枚，銷上海12月4日戳，保存完好
