1932 (24 Aug.) an envelope to Shanghai bearing Japan 1s (2), 2s tied by I.J.P.O.in Moukden c.d.s., Post office does not recognize Japanese postal jurisdiction in the Northeast region, nor the use of Japanese stamps, then treat this as postage due cover, showing unframed T handstamp, bearing First Peking Print Postage Due 5c tied by Shanghai (2.9) c.d.s. fine cover.


1932年奉天寄上海實寄封1件，貼日本郵票1錢2枚，2錢1枚，銷奉天8月24日日本客郵局戳，因此時民國郵政並不承認日本在東北地區郵政管轄，也不承認日本郵票再東北地區使用，因此到上海後作欠資處理，並貼北京一版欠資5分1枚，銷上海9月2日戳，保存完好
