1931年新疆鎮西寄山西忻縣中式封1件，貼北京二版帆船加蓋限新省貼用1分8分各一枚，銷哈密4月英漢文三格戳，經蘭州中轉，有蘭州4月17日戳，及山西忻縣到達戳，偶見經鎮西及迪化兩次檢查，蓋鎮西紅色檢查戳，另貼新疆省政府檢查重封條，保存完好，少見
