1928 (26 May) a registered cover to Tihwa bearing Inauguration of Marshal Comm. Issue ovpt. "For Use in Sinkiang" 1c., 4c. and 10c. tied by Suilai c.d.s., with censor tape and seal on the reverse, Tihwa arrival c.d.s. (11.5) alongside. An interesting cover which transit time took almost half year.


1928年新疆綏來寄迪化掛號封1件，貼大元帥就職紀念加蓋新疆貼用1分4分10分各一枚，銷綏來5月26日戳（近發行首日），郵件不知何故於11月才到達迪化，有迪化11月5日到達戳，封舌另貼新疆檢查重封條，保存完好，此封從綏來寄至迪化用時半年之久，其原因值得深入研究
