1926年封條及上海掛號封1件，貼日本10錢郵票3枚，因此時中華郵政並不承認日本郵資，因此寄信人另貼北京二版帆船3分7枚，日本銷奉天4月27日日本客郵局英文戳，另貼奉天日本客郵局掛號條，由奉天中華郵政中轉是帆船銷中華郵政奉天27日戳，有5月6日上海小圓戳，及同日上海三格到達戳，封舌處有完整火漆，保存完好
