1902年福州寄法國大型掛號封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍10分1元各一枚，20分2枚，香港女王像10仙1枚，30仙加蓋20分7枚，銷福州02年1月13日大圓戳，香港票騎縫蓋福州IPO戳，另蓋R戳，經羅星塔，香港中轉，有羅星塔1月13日小圓戳，香港票銷香港17日戳，有巴黎2月15日到達戳，封口齒有完整火漆，保存完好，倫敦版飛雁高值票實寄使用少見
