1949年北平寄德國法國佔領地航空郵簡1件，單貼中華版孫像加蓋金元20元1枚，銷北平49年1月6日戳，保存完好，此時正值北平解放前夕，解放軍包圍北平，南苑機場已完全停運，國民黨只得臨時在東單修建臨時軍用機場，此軍用機場使用時間極短，此郵簡應為從東四軍用機場起飛搭載之郵件，為反應北平解放難得歷史文物，非常少見
