1897 First Issue Coiling Dragon
1899 (15 Jun.) 1c postal card to U.S.A. cancelled by Chinkiang c.d.s. uprated with C.I.P. 2c (2) tied by Chinkiang Pa-kua canceller and Japan 2s (2) tied by I.J.P.O. in Shanghai (17.6), showing framed "I.P.O." handstamp adjacent, with Yokohama (22.6) transit c.d.s. and U.S.A. arrival c.d.s. (22.7), with large unframed "T" handstamp in black and "Due 6 cents" handstamp adjacent, fine card charged postage due for 6 cents underpayment, bearing U.S. postage due stamps 1c and 5c. Scarce underpayment Coiling Dragon postal card with "I.P.O." handstamp.


1899年鎮江及美國清一次郵資片1件，加貼倫敦版蟠龍2分2枚，及日本郵票2錢2枚，蟠龍銷鎮江八卦戳，郵資圖銷鎮江6月15日小圓戳，日本郵票騎縫蓋鎮江IPO戳，經上海中轉，有上海16日小圓戳，日本票銷上海17日日本客郵局戳，後經日本橫濱中轉有22日橫濱戳，於7月22日到達美國，而後經改寄，有美國波士頓等三地郵戳，因欠資在美國蓋簽字戳，貼美國1美分5美分欠資票各一枚，並蓋銷，郵路清晰，保存完好，銷鎮江IPO戳並欠資處理清代郵資片非常少見
