1899年北京寄德國清一次郵資片1件，加貼倫敦版蟠龍1分2分各一枚，香港女王2先2枚，中國郵資銷北京5月13日小圓戳，香港票騎縫銷北京IPO戳，經上海中轉，有上海中轉小圓戳，香港票另銷上海5月19日英國客郵戳，有德國6月22日到達戳，保存完好，為北京小圓戳早期使用例
