1897 (9 Oct.) an envelope to U.S.A. bearing 1c Dowager second printing surcharged with large figures narrow spaced tied by Foochow dollar dater chop and Japan 1s tied by I.J.P.O. in Shanghai (13.10)., on reverse, with Shanghai dollar dater transit (12.10) and U.S.A. arrival c.d.s. (12.11), showing unframed "CTMS/T" handstamp in violet and "U.S. Charge to collect 2 cents" two-line handstamp adjacent, fine cover charged postage due for 2 cents underpayment. Rare postage due cover with Dowager stamps.


1897年福州寄美國印刷品封1件，貼慈壽再版大字短距加蓋1分1枚，另貼日本郵票1錢1枚，慈壽銷福州10月9日大圓戳，經上海中轉有藍色12日上海大圓戳，日本票下13日上海日本客郵局戳，於11月12日到達美國，因郵資不足作欠資處理，蓋紫色T戳及欠資戳，並貼美國欠資2美分1枚，保存完好，貼慈壽郵票之欠資郵件非常少見
