The Chartered Bank of India, Australia and China, $50, a pair of uniface obverse and reverse hand composite essay, Hankow, 1.1.1923, blue and orange on light pink, supported arms upper centre, denomination at each corner, 'Hankow Wu Shi Yuan' (Hankow Fifty Dollars) in Chinese characters left and right, 'FIFTY' and '$50 Wu Shi Yuan' in orange and red underprint respectively,
(Pick S151pr), graded PMG 61 and 63 respectively. A unique pair which although has similar colours to the final version still shows some obvious differences. A lovely pair
