(3) tied by Harbin Chinese/English c.d.s. with Harbin 2 registration label, handstamped "express" and Par Avion handstamp and, on the reverse, Moukden (3.10), Seattle (22.10), New York (25.10) datestamp, thence carried by trans-Atlantic ship to Antwerp.
