The Wang Ho Bank of the Republic, Military Banknote, $1, local currency, 1.1.1912, serial number 18752, brown border again a pale green background, black Chinese text stating issuing authority, date and denomination, reverse green, the equivalent in English text,

Anhui Province declared independence from the Qing Empire on 8th November 1911 and the Wuhu Military Government was formed on the 10th. The military expenditure was huge and the local Ministry of Finance was asked to issue banknotes to alleviate the situation. All local miliary governments were dissolved by February 1912 and thus this became an extremely short lived and rare issue. Only $1 notes from this bank have survived.

民國元年皖蕪軍政分府理財部軍用鈔票一元，AVF，珍罕品。辛亥革命之初，安徽省支持推翻帝制宣告獨立，為解決龐大軍務支出，亦自行印制鈔䅇以應急需，民國成立後軍政府亦同時解散，相關鈔票亦自然取銷，只有極少留存下來。
