1912 (16 July) Bogda khaan period. Authority Monk Dambiijantsan, erdenebishrelt (title) of Great Mongolia of western north border, Nomun Khan of Zasagt Khan province and Jalkhants Khutagt (Saint). Sent to Danzandash and others, beis of the Ereen khavirga Torguud and beil of Jin. On front side, there is writing that 45 lan (weight measure equal to 37.2 gr) to be accompanied and delivered money except than the date. It is very rare cover which delivered to the Shinjan from Khobdo or Zasagt Khan province Written in Manchu.
