Tibet, 50 Tam, contemporaneous forgery dated T.E. 1674 (= AD 1928), serial no. 877601, imitation of black seal 1B. The main error commited by the forgers consists in having chosen an obverse frame with enlarged serial number panels, while they should have opted for the earlier frame variant with shorter panels - in line with genuine notes dated T.E. 1674.
Fine and rarer than genuine notes of this type.
