Dead Letter Office: 1909 (29 May) picture post card featuring chromo-litho Brazilian stamps bearing K.E.VII 4c. tied by Victoria c.d.s. with a part strike of Kowloon Branch type B c.d.s. alongside; addressed to Scotland there are light strikes of Victoria type Ii c.d.s. and boxed "Hong Kong/- D.L.O. -" handstamp type Zii. Fresh and fine. A good card. Webb's Scarcity guide record less that 25 examples of this boxed handstamp and the type Ii c.d.s. is used prior to "d.l.o." being added above the date. Photo
