1944 (12 Dec.) prisoner of war envelope registered from the International Red Cross in Chungking to Shanghai bearing $5 rose with 1944-46 $2 pale brown tied by Chungking dotted c.d.s. with Pahsien transit c.d.s. and straight-line "prisoner of war service"; the reverse with Shanghai arrival (3.4) and part of the registration slip. The letter taking nearly four months to reach its destination. Clean and fine. Photo
