1949 Anniversary of Chinese Communist Party $1500 variety rose omitted and printed on the reverse in a lower left corner block of four; unused without gum as issued. There is a diagonal crease which was the cause of the red colour being printed at an angle on the reverse. An interesting and dramatic error. Yang NE148 var.
