1903 (3 Mar.) small buff envelope registered to Seoul, Korea bearing C.I.P. 10c. (2) tied by Tientsin bilingual c.d.s. in blue with the boxed registered handstamp in the same colour and bearing, on the reverse, Chefoo bilingual c.d.s. (7.3); some diagonal creasing or wrinkling. The blue ink was only used in Tientsin for a short period and the direct route from Chefoo to Korea is very scarce as most mail was sent via Shanghai. Photo
