An accumulation of these issues with 1875 5r. unused (2), uprated with ½s. Cherry Blossom (2) or 5r. Koban (3) one cancelled by Kagoshima cork cancellation, used (56) most with cork cancellations; 1s. pale blue type 1 imprint with unused (2) and used (83) with many cork cancellations including Hakodate and Hakata and one with redirection slip; 1878 1s. light blue type 2 used (12) including picture postcard of Yokohama sent to Leipzig in combination with German 2pf.; 1885 1s. red reply card type 1 overprinted mihon and unused (2) and single cards used (18) with several cork cancellations including Akamagaskei and Wakayama; 1878 1s. red reply card unused and single cards used (31), many with bisected circles datestamps. Condition is mixed but a good quantity and an ideal lot for sorting postmarks. JSCA PC 11-15
