1936 (14 Feb.) illustrated Trial Flight cover Canton - Europe bearing Air 90c. tied by Shanghai c.d.s. with the special Canton propeller postmark below, with two boxed delayed handstamps and small despatch handstamp. The plane was unable to make the trip to Hanoi in time to meet the connecting flight to Europe and was returned to Canton where it was despatched by steamer to avoid any further delay in delivery; the "par avion" in the cover has been crossed through with two black bars.
