1911-12 Express Letter label outer cover for a book of labels in yellow-green, with "imperial post office" in the background lines, ornamental frame around dragon has inscription "checked in postal supply dept./inspect before opening".The design and outer margin at top and sides complete; there are two light vertical creases, fresh and fine. A very good example of this scarce cover. Photo
