— 1903 (July) red band cover to Hangku bearing C.I.P. ½c. (2, one each side) both cancelled by very good strikes of Taiyuanfu Post Office rectangle with date insertion, with Chengting dated oval (15.7), bilingual Tientsin c.d.s. (17.7), Dollar dater (18.7), with a further Post Office rectangular handstamp and Hangku town rectangular box with date insertion; tone spotting and central crease. A good combination of strikes.
