Nanchang: 1903 (4 Nov.) red band envelope registered top Peking bearing, on the reverse, C.I.P. 2c. red (3) tied by fine strikes of circular Nanchang with bilingual name of office, indistinct bilingual c.d.s. alongside and Peking oval dater arrival (13.11); the address side bears a superb strike of Nanchang boxed registered handstamp and a light strike of a boxed handstamp.
