Changtefu: 1902 (Apr.) red band envelope double registered to Peking bearing, on the reverse, C.I.P. 1c. and 4c. (5) tied by fine strikes of Changtefu Post Office rectangle, alongside there is a superb strike of Chengtingfu and a large part strike Shuntehfu (in red) Post Office rectangles, the other side with two strikes of the large "R" in black with number inserted between.
