Shuntehfu: 1903 (20 Oct.) picture post card to France bearing C.I.P. 1c. (2) and 2c. tied by fine strikes of the Shuntehfu double-oval and showing Newchwang bilingual c.d.s. (27.10), with two Russian Kitai 2k. added and tied by indistinct datestamp with s second strike at foot. A fine and attractive example of this scarce postmark. Photo
